Hi, I'm Cris,
founder of Cris Maria Jewelry,
Today, I want to share with you a little more of the inspiring story behind Cris Maria,
a Portuguese brand of handmade jewelry.
It all started in 2013, when I entered this world of jewelry, but the project as
today exists was born in 2017. i'm a geologist by training, but my passion for rings was the starting point for discovering the fascinating creative process of jewelry production. this passion still embodies the essence of the brand, perpetuating itself in every collection i create.
for me, Cristina, being without rings is like being stripped of an essential part of myself
themselves. they are like an extension of my personality, the perfect frame
it was thus, with my own hands and my passion for rings, that
Cris Maria was born and, to this day, I continue to create jewelry with deep meaning for me and for my family.

Among all the jewelry ever created, one set of rings occupies a very important place.
special in my heart: the "alga" rings. these pieces were inspired by the observation of the
behavior of algae that I found in Cabanas de Tavira, a place
truly special to me. It's no surprise, therefore, that these rings are a
of the brand's best sellers.
in our most recent collection, phi, rings could not be missing. among them, I highlight the
impressive "XL conch" ring. this piece was created from a conch I saw in the Ria
