Exchanges and returns
EXCHANGE
The items you wish to exchange must reach the atelier within 14 days of receipt. We do not make free exchanges.
You can exchange the purchased item for another item of equal or greater value, upon presentation of the invoice.
To do this, you should contact the atelier by email at [email protected] and we will respond with the following procedures.
Exchanges are only accepted for unused parts, in their box and with the corresponding purchase invoice.
RETURN
Returned items must be received at the atelier within 14 days of receipt. We are unable to offer free returns.
All personalized and/or engraved products are not eligible for return.
As soon as we receive the items, you will receive a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. The refund can be made to the account used at the time of payment or via a gift card.
All products are inspected and if it is revealed that they have been used or altered, they will be returned to the customer without prior notice, and the additional cost of postage will be charged. We cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in the post or at customs, so please collect all tracking information.
Items to be exchanged or returned can be returned directly by the customer using the chosen delivery service or using the collection service provided by Cris Maria Jewelry. This service must be requested by email and costs €8.
Once the items have been received, allow between 1 and 7 working days for a refund, excluding costs.
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER BEFORE DISPATCH
You can cancel any order by sending an e-mail to [email protected] up to one hour after the order has been placed. Simply send an e-mail and the cancellation will be free of charge. If cancellation is not possible, the products will be delivered to you, which you must refuse upon receipt. The products will be returned to us and the money refunded only after we have received and inspected them.
