buying Cris Maria is very easy. just browse the store menu, add the products you like best. when you're done, just follow the checkout steps in the shopping cart.
do i need to create an account to buy online at Cris Maria?
no, but I recommend that you do, as it has several advantages, from having access to privileged information that I only share with my clients, to accessing your address and order history, among others.
do i have to fill in my cell phone number and email in the order details?
yes, this information is essential for you to be able to track your order using the carriers' tracking services.
which payment methods can I use?
at Cris Maria there are several payment methods so that you can pay for your order in the most convenient way. these are: credit card, ATM reference, mbway and paypal.
which countries does Cris Maria ship to?
we ship all over the world except to those countries where there may be customs restrictions.
shipments to Russia and Belarus are suspended.
shipping costs are added to the total cost of the order,
because they depend on the shipping destination.
before finalizing the
order, you can get a shipping estimate.
the shipping costs do not include any customs fees that may be charged in the country of destination. sometimes there may be free shipping campaigns, duly indicated on the website.

you always have the option of collecting your order from our workshop in Lisbon, free of charge.
what is the delivery time?
in most cases and unless there is a stock shortage, orders are delivered within 1 to 3 working days to Portugal and Spain.
shipments to europe and outside the european union may vary between 5 and 15 working days, depending on the country of destination and the carrier selected;
the shipping option DHL Go Green international has a delivery time of up to 3 working days;
customized or special order pieces have a longer delivery time.
how do i exchange or return an item?
you should contact us using the available means to start the exchange or return process.
send us the order number and the items you wish to exchange or return.
once received and checked, if they are in perfect condition, we will refund the amount using the same payment method used.
if you want to exchange your piece we suggest that, if possible, you come to our atelier to do so.
all our orders have 14 days to be returned, and it is essential that the products returned are in their original condition, with no signs of use. if any product shows signs of use, the return will not be accepted. personalized items are not refundable.
it is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that the products are not damaged in shipment. If you are having trouble finding suitable packaging, we suggest that you use the original boxes and envelopes. Items received in poor condition will not be refunded.
products purchased during sales or promotions will be refunded according to the campaign value.
for the return of the item, we suggest that you always opt for a registered transport service.
how long does gold plating last? - ELIMINATE
the gold plating applied to jewelry cannot be guaranteed to last forever.
just so you understand, a gold bath is the result of a process in which a layer of gold particles is created that surrounds the piece, silver in this case. this layer can be of various thicknesses. the greater the thickness, the more durable the bath, but also the more expensive it becomes.
gold-plated pieces are therefore more fragile and susceptible to color loss over time. the duration of the original condition depends on various factors, such as the use of chemicals on the skin, perspiration and even the individual pH of the skin.
for this reason, proper care of gold-plated jewelry is particularly important.
can i repair my parts?
of course! it's super important to keep the parts in good condition. we have a maintenance service available for our customers.
you can send us your jewelry at any time to be repaired, cleaned or re-gold plated.
all you have to do is send us an email with what you want and we'll send the pieces to the studio, either by registered mail or by hand. we'll evaluate the pieces delivered and draw up a quote that will be sent to you for approval.
where are the Cris Maria pieces made?
Cris Maria pieces are mostly made in our atelier in Lisbon.
Occasionally, depending on the volume of work, we call on national artisans to help with the production and finishing of the pieces.
is the Cris Maria brand available in physical stores?
yes. we have the pieces for sale in our atelier in Lisbon and also at other physical points of sale. Check out our points of sale HERE (link)
do they make customized pieces?
of course, whenever possible. a personalized piece is something very special and requires involvement and commitment from both parties. i suggest you get in touch through the means available and preferably visit the atelier so that together we can see what you want me to create for you.
is buying from an online store and a physical store the same?
I want it to be. I work so that the online store is like an extension of the physical store, where I want the customer to live the same experience as arriving at the atelier and getting involved with the pieces, getting to know their history and that of the person who created them, and leaving feeling valued and good about themselves, not only on the inside but also on the outside, and happy to be worthy or to present someone with something so special.
does Cris Maria produce for other brands?
