I'm not familiar with the Cris Maria brand, how can I buy it?

Buying from Cris Maria is very easy. Simply browse the store menu, add the products you like best, and when you're finished, just follow the checkout steps available in your shopping cart.

Do I need to create an account to buy online at the Cris Maria store?

No, but I recommend you do it, as it has several advantages, from having access to privileged information that I only share with my clients, to accessing your address and order history, among others.

Do I need to fill in my mobile phone number and email address in the order details?

Yes, this information is essential so that you can track your order through the carriers' tracking services.

What payment methods can I use?

At Cris Maria's store, there are several payment methods available so you can pay for your order in the most convenient way. These include: credit card, bank slip, MB WAY, and PayPal.

Which countries does Cris Maria ship to?

We ship worldwide except to countries where customs restrictions may apply.

Shipments to Russia and Belarus are suspended.

You always have the option of picking up your order at our studio in Lisbon, free of charge.

What is the delivery time for the order?

In most cases, barring stock shortages, orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days for Portugal and Spain.

Shipments to Europe and outside the EU can take between 5 and 15 business days, depending on the destination country and the selected carrier;

The DHL Go Green international shipping option has a delivery time of up to 3 business days;

Customized or specially ordered items have a longer delivery time.

How do I exchange or return an item?

You must contact us through the available channels to initiate the exchange or return process.
Please send us your order number and the items you wish to exchange or return.
After receiving and verifying the items, if they are in perfect condition, we will refund the amount using the same payment method used.
If you wish to exchange your item, we suggest that, if possible, you visit our workshop to do so.
All our orders have a 14-day return period, and it is essential that returned products are in their original condition, showing no signs of use. If any product shows signs of use, the return will not be accepted. Personalized items are non-refundable.
It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that the products are not damaged in transit. If you are having difficulty finding suitable packaging, we suggest that you use the original boxes and envelope. Items received in poor condition will not be refunded.
Products purchased during sales or on promotion will be refunded according to the campaign price.
For returning the item, we suggest you always choose a registered shipping service.

How long does the gold plating last?

It's highly variable. There's no guarantee that the gold plating applied to jewelry will last forever.
To help you understand, a gold plating process creates a layer of gold particles that coats the piece, in this case silver. This layer can have varying thicknesses. The greater the thickness, the more durable the plating will be, but also the more expensive it becomes.

Gold-plated jewelry is therefore more fragile and susceptible to fading over time. The duration of its original condition depends on several factors, such as the use of chemicals on the skin, perspiration, and even the individual pH of the skin.
For this reason, proper care of gold-plated jewelry is particularly important.

Can I repair my parts?

Of course you can! It's super important to keep the parts in good condition. We have a maintenance service available for our customers.
You can send us your jewelry at any time to be repaired, cleaned, or re-gold plated.
Simply send an email with what you want and have the pieces delivered to our workshop, either by registered mail or personally. We will then evaluate the delivered pieces and prepare a quote that will be sent to you for approval.

Where are Cris Maria pieces made?

Cris Maria pieces are primarily made in our studio in Lisbon.
Occasionally, depending on the workload, we use local artisans who help with the production and finishing of the pieces.

Is the Cris Maria brand sold in physical stores?

Yes, we have the pieces for sale in our studio in Lisbon, and also in other physical stores. Check out our points of sale HERE (link).

Do you make custom pieces?

Of course, whenever possible. A custom piece is something very special and requires involvement and commitment from both parties. I suggest you get in touch through the available channels and preferably visit the studio so that together we can see what you want me to create for you.

Is buying online the same as buying in a physical store?

Yes, I want that. I work so that the online store is like an extension of the physical store, where I want the customer to have the same experience as arriving at the atelier and engaging with the pieces, learning their history and the history of those who created them, and leaving feeling valued and good about themselves, not only inside but also outside, and happy to be deserving or to gift someone with something so special.

Does Cris Maria produce for other brands?
