Payment

You can choose one of the following payment methods:

  • Credit or debit cards, such as Visa , Mastercard , American Express , and other cards.
  • MB WAY or Multibanco , in Portugal
  • PayPal is an international payment operator through which you can pay, whether or not you have a PayPal account.

All products remain the property of Cris Maria Jewelry until the purchase process is finalized.

The price of the items is as stated on the website, except in cases of typographical errors. In the event of an error in the price of any item, we will contact you, offering the option to confirm the order with the correct price or cancel it, with a corresponding refund.

Shipping

We ship worldwide except to destinations where customs restrictions may apply.

Shipments to Russia and Belarus are suspended.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with instructions and a tracking number. Please allow some time for this email to arrive, as it may not be immediate.

If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, please send us an email to geral@crismaria.pt .

Because Cris Maria Jewelry is a workshop specializing in handcrafted items, it reserves the right to change the estimated shipping date in case of stock shortages. In this case, an email will be sent immediately indicating a new estimated shipping date.

During festive periods, delivery times may vary for reasons beyond our control.

During the purchase process, you will be asked for your billing and shipping information.
Please ensure you correctly enter all personal and shipping information when completing your order. Cris Maria Jewelry is not responsible for orders lost due to errors in entering personal information.

If an order is returned to us with an incorrect and/or incomplete delivery address, due to the customer's fault, the customer will be charged for the new shipment.
If the customer decides to refuse the order, they will be responsible for paying any costs related to returning the order to our studio.

 Shipping and delivery times

  • Mainland Portugal (1-2 business days) – €5
  • Portugal islands (5-7 working days) – €8
  • Spain (1-3 business days) – €8
  • EU – (5-7 working days) – €15
  • EU EXPRESS (DHL GO GREEN (carbon-neutral) ) – (1-3 business days) - price available upon request at checkout on the website.
  • INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS (DHL GO GREEN (carbon-neutral) ) – (1-3 business days) - price available upon request at checkout on the website.

Local taxes

Please note that local taxes (sales or customs duties) may apply depending on the country and/or region and its respective customs duty policy. The customer is solely responsible for paying these taxes.

Cris Maria Jewelry does not cover prepaid duties and taxes, so please be aware that additional customs costs may apply to destinations outside the EU.

Pick up at the studio

You can always pick up your order at our studio in Lisbon, free of charge. We are located at Rua de São Tomé, N29 R/C, 1100-561 Lisbon.
