Exchanges and Returns
REPLACEMENT
The items you wish to exchange must arrive at the studio within 14 days of receipt. We do not offer free exchanges.
You can exchange the purchased item for another item of equal or greater value, upon presentation of the invoice.
To do this, you must contact the studio via email at geral@crismaria.pt and we will reply with the next steps.
Exchanges are only accepted for unused items, in their original box and accompanied by the corresponding purchase receipt.
RETURNS
Returned items must be received at the studio within 14 days of receipt. We do not offer free returns.
All personalized and/or engraved products are not eligible for return.
Once we receive the items, you will receive a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. The refund can be made to the account used for payment or via a gift card.
All products are inspected and if they are found to have been used or altered, they will be returned to the customer without prior notice, and the additional cost of shipping will be charged. We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail or customs, therefore, please collect all tracking information.
Items to be exchanged or returned can be returned directly by the customer using their chosen delivery service or using the collection service provided by Cris Maria Jewelry. This service must be requested by email and costs €8.
After receiving the items, please allow 1 to 7 business days for the refund, excluding shipping costs.
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER BEFORE SHIPPING
You can cancel any order by sending an email to geral@crismaria.pt up to one hour after the order has been placed. Simply send an email and the cancellation will be free of charge. If cancellation is not possible, the products will be delivered to you, which you must refuse upon receipt. The products will be returned to us and the money will be refunded only after the goods have been received and inspected.
